The mission of CWEP is to increase the quality of education training at all levels and in all its forms, as well as to promote entrepreneurship in order to foster integration of any social group, regardless of their gender, age or ethnic origin. Particularly, the aims are to improve accessibility, quality and efficiency of education of all people, to promote and contribute to adult education, life-long learning, e-learning and the usage of new technologies in education and entrepreneurship. Co&amp;So are 33 de angaja\u021bi care ofer\u0103 servicii membrilor asocia\u021bi, principalele servicii fiind: administrarea, monitorizarea \u0219i depunerea de cereri de oferte, \u00een special \u00een domeniul achizi\u021biilor publice, oferirea de oportunit\u0103\u021bi europene pentru a promova inovarea \u00een cadrul cooperativelor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor angaja\u021bilor \u0219i a serviciilor oferite, certificarea calit\u0103\u021bii, comunicarea. \u00cen total, personalul care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een cooperativele asociate este de aproape 5000 de profesioni\u0219ti. \u00cen cadrul Co&amp;so exist\u0103 un birou special care se ocup\u0103 doar de finan\u021barea european\u0103, cu un personal foarte calificat care are peste 15 ani de experien\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>9 dintre cooperativele Co&amp;So lucreaz\u0103 direct cu grupul \u021bint\u0103 al proiectului \u0219i gestioneaz\u0103 servicii \u0219i proiecte educa\u021bionale pentru tinerii dezavantaja\u021bi.
