Initial research on the state of Financial skills development

    We are happy to announce that we are starting our WP3 Results development. Under WP3 will be developed all the research, learning contents and guidelines that will allow the development of highly impactful PRs. The main objective of the WP is, therefore, the research and development of contents that support the delivery of results that impact the addressed missing skills and problems identified.

    This will aim to tackle not just the Project target group identified, but also support the partnership with their own skills, knowledge, and competences development to better provide solutions in the field and deliver support to organizations and educators working with the identified target group

    For that, we are starting our PR1 Initial research on the state of the art of the Financial skills (financial Literacy and Planning, Critical Thinking,Decision Making, Problem solving and Reflective Thinking) to support clear understanding on each country situation regarding skills development as well as cultural and historical background impacting mindset and skills development.

    The main results of the PR1 will be:

    – 6 national reports on the state of skills development and national skills impactful events to support clear understanding on each country situation regarding skills development as well as cultural and historical background impacting mindset and skills development.

    – 1 Final report on the state of skills development and national skills impactful events, compiling the 6 national reports, and including a set of recommendations and lessons learned to be incorporated in the online game scenarios, storyline, characters, and objects. The Report will be available in each of the partnership national languages and in English.

    For that, we will involve at least 120 educators, members of organizations working with youth among other experts working in the field of youth (20 participants per partner); To be able to answer the questionnaires, these participants should have experience in the role above mentioned, in order to provide the partnership with useful insight about the knowledge, competences, and methodologies required for supporting apprentices.

    As we said, partners will compile 6 national reports, including a set of recommendations and lessons learned and a final common report will be available in each of the partnership national languages and EN.
